Westfield community school

17 Year 11 students from Westfield Community School have recently received their qualification for Workplace Hazard Awareness.  This qualification was undertaken as part of their ASDAN Wider Key Skills Group, which was supported by Connexions Somerset.  ASDAN is established as a registered charity for “The advancement of education, by providing opportunities for all learners to develop their personal and social attributes and levels of achievement through ASDAN awards and resources, and the relief of poverty, where poverty inhibits such opportunities for learners.”  The students can be seen here celebrating their success after being presented with their certificates by Chris Hunt, Principal of Westfield Community School.
